Red Rice

Red rice can help lower your cholesterol. The chemicals used to make the rice red contain statins. Statins are compounds which are used in cholesterol lowering medications like Lipitor (Atorvastatin). You should limit your intake of statins especially if you’re on cholesterol lowering medication.
