Mustard Greens are a popular food in Greece. It is high in Vitamin K and its good for your blood and bones.1 It is full of antioxidants and that makes it a very strong anti inflammatory food. It is an excellent source of carotenes, vitamin C, folic acid, manganese, vitamin E, copper, dietary fiber, vitamin B6, and calcium and a very good source of phosphorus, vitamin B2, potassium, magnesium, protein, vitamin B1, and iron.
