Goat meat contains just over one-third of your daily value (DV) of protein in a 3 oz serving . The meat is a source of riboflavin as well. What makes a goat meat unique from the other meats is that it has the best omega 6 to omega 3 ratio of all meats, about 7:1. It is a great source of complete proteins and it’s also a good source of zinc.
